Privacy and your data
How the this community staff application site handles your information.
Signing in
You sign in with Discord on discord.com. We ask Discord only for the identify permission, which gives us your Discord user ID, username, display name and profile picture. We never see your password or email, and we can’t read your messages, see your other servers, or post as you.
To check you’re a member of the server and which roles you have (some roles need certain roles to apply), the site asks the server’s own bot, not your account.
What we keep when you apply
- Your answers, which role you applied for, and when you started, sent and changed it.
- The application’s status and the staff decision, plus any follow-up questions and your replies.
- Private notes staff write while reviewing.
Applying in Discord and on this website saves to the same place: it’s one application either way.
Who can see it
Only this community staff with permission to review applications. Answers are never shown publicly, never sold, and never used for advertising. The site has no ads, analytics or tracking scripts.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days; signing out removes it. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Applications stay on record so staff can see past applications if you apply again. Server owners can set answers to be deleted automatically some time after an application closes, and the owner can delete an application completely.
Questions or removal
Ask the this community staff team in the Discord server. Owners can delete your application and its answers.
